There’s only so much you can do with a Scrabble game edition. And, while this features delicious black and silver tiles, there’s little to differentiate it from the many other ‘luxury’ Scrabble sets on the market (with the possible exception of the Franklin Mint Scrabble set, which is in a league of its own).
Stylish? Sorta. Playable? Yes. Collectible? Maybe. Will you want one? Unless you have a premium set like the Scrabble Onyx edition, which for our money is a better buy, this might be a good bet. We like the curvy tile holders!
