You might ask why anybody would make an official Scrabble version of the Upwords game. Well, just because. Because Scrabble players could use a change of scene from time to time. Because Scrabble collectors will buy anything with the Scrabble name on it.
But while most buyers found it appealing, anybody who had played the original preferred the older version. It might be worth checking out Upwords before you invest in this weird hybrid.
