The Emperor from Star wars, or the Pope?
The Prince: Struggle of House Borgia
As the recent farce resulting in a Pope resembling The Emperor from episodes V and VI of Star Wars and overlooking the popular concept of voting in a black Pope shows, everybody wants to wear the funny clothes and holy hat.
The Prince: Struggle of House Borgia takes this concept to the next level, giving players the chance to backstab and bribe their way to the Vatican. Continues belowYou do this by playing cards, attacking your enemies, and piling up cash and victory points. Three Popes will be elected during the game, after which time the points are added up and an overall winner is declared.
Despite the high production standards, gamers don’t rate The Prince: Struggle of House Borgia very highly: there is strategy involved, but not enough intrigue, as the rules prevent you from keeping enough of your cards hidden from your opponents.
