LEGO board game: Ramses Pyramid

Whenever the multi-award-winning game designer Reiner Knizia is involved in creating a board game, you know you are at least going to get something worth playing. It’s worth investing the extra time to understand how to play Ramses Pyramid, as it will be more rewarding than most of the Lego board games.

There is still a strong luck element, but that’s to be expected for games aimed at the under 12s market. You’ll be using codes of jewels to unlock doors on your way up the pyramid (which you must first assemble!). The rules could have been better written, but overall the kids who play it enjoy it.
