Clue board game 1950Most North American players don’t know that the Clue board game wasn’t called Clue when it was launched in the UK in 1948. It was known as the Cluedo board game, though that is the major difference in the two versions.
Most of the elements of the original have been preserved, even in modern editions, but as you’d expect, the decades have changed the look of the game and the quality of the pieces.
Purists would probably agree that both have got WORSE.
