Terrace game from Star Trek TNG
Apparently this is the future of strategy board games, and it featured on Star Trek TNG. Tenuous link? Yep, but we're scraping the bottom of the barrel now and it's almost time for lunch. So, here it is. There is a TNG logo on the box, fair enough. And MENSA (the society for very clever people) gave this an award in 1992. So it must be all right.
You have to either move your T-piece to the opposite corner of the board, or capture your opponent's T-piece. We're sure there's more to it than that, but boy, we're Hank Marvin (starvin'), so there's no energy here to actually research it ourselves. Pasta shells are callin'.
The Amazon price is $20 (April 2010) on the aftermarket. On eBay you'll pay about the same. It doesn't take a MENSA membership to see that you'll save cash if you spend $39 on Amazon and qualify for free shipping.
