Sally is used to frequenting time management games, but in Sally's Quick Clips, she hits up Match 3. This fast-paced matching pursuit proves that the fun can be familiar, even if the genre is not.
What's it about?
Sally's Quick Clips is really a prequel to the other Sally games. It centers around her remembering her “roots” – literally. It takes place during a gameshow in which Sally must compete against other young stylists.
Gameplay is your typical Match 3 pursuit, although in this take, you are aiming to fill your inventories with various styling products and services so that you may perform them on the customers.
Like in time management games, each patron comes with a series of hearts, and if you take too long to perform the requested service on them they will jet.
Hearts are also important because there are a minimum number of them required to pass a level (think of it like a satisfaction rating). Some of these heart-holders require a mini-game where you must scroll through a set of looks to find the one that makes the customer the most happy. There are also bombs, magazines and coffee to make gameplay easier.
