Which version of Risk is this piece from?
The Beast says:
There's a late 1990s set with a predominantly yellowish board. That piece is the cannon piece, worth 10 armies. There were small plastic soldiers and horsemen too, representing one and five armies.
You can see it here:
It's probably my favorite edition, as you could not resist fiddling with the armies, setting them up "just so" to get them in formation and so on.
