Calorie King is a fun Match 4 arcade game that has a lot of appeal. Get good at it and you can compete online for REAL cash!
What's it about?
You play an overweight guy who wants to cut out the junk food. He does this by picking up the bad food on his tray and shooting it back up the screen to match four or more of the same food type.
You can stack up to three of a type of food on the tray, which helps a lot if there are loose ones scattered around.
The path to big scores is to combo: by taking out a stack of food with others below them, they vanish. The lower foods move back up the screen and if they form groups of four or more, those also vanish.
Bonuses come in the shape of running shoes (double points for a short while), dumbbells (take out an entire line of the screen), a shield and a power pill. When you next match a food after taking the pill, it electrifies those foods all over the screen and removes them all at once. Big points!Other Calorie King bonuses are falling healthy foods. Catch those and you get more points. However, bad foods which fall deduct points if you can't get out of their way.
The foods gradually move lower down. If they hit your tray, it's game over. Survive long enough and you'll progress to the next level. Score more highly than your opponent and you'll be the next Kalorie King!
