The concept of taking time management to the sky is a good idea. Just as in real life, however, being a "first class" flight attendant isn’t as easy as it sounds.
What’s it about?
If you think Flo of Diner Dash fame has it bad, wait until you meet Claire. As the sole savior of the sinking Starlink airlines, this stewardess must act as a chef, maid, peacekeeper, baby-sitter and more for flight after flight around the world.
You start by selecting which region you want to begin in (North America, Europe, Asia, or Africa).
The game is great in that each land is appropriately themed, from patriotic passengers to the inspired foreign cuisine. You’ll even advance in rank with the customers you serve with each new region, from humble coach to Royal First Class.
The goal of each level is to earn a set amount of points by the end of the flight through a multitude of service acts. You’ll only be dealing with up to a dozen in-flight guests, but boy, do they like to be pampered!
Click on a few of the patrons’ thought bubbles to find out what they want, then go fetch it – and fetch it fast – lest their heart meters drain down to zero, losing you points. Desire ovals will grow pinker the longer you make them wait.

Want a quick rundown of what all is expected of you? A common duty is to prepare a multi-step entrée (such a sandwich, French fries, or noodles); don’t forget to collect the inevitable trash these food fetches result in.
Also be quick on your feet to round up magazines, stuffed animals, ear buds, pillows, masks, medicine and anything else short of the kitchen sink. You’re also in charge of settling people’s rowdy kids, sorting out seat changes, and finding lost luggage items.
Adding realism to the rampage is the fact that turbulence often occurs, and the captain likes to make a cameo from time to time.
When airplane bumps occur, Claire most basically drop everything to sound an alarm and warn passengers, and help a few of the dumb ones fasten their seatbelts (hello, how to do that is always included in the pre-flight briefing we’ve all heard a gazillion times).
As for the captain, if you can get him a drink in time (coffee or tea mind you, not a stiff one!), he’ll turn on the charm and say in a very sunshine way, "Have a nice flight!", raising the hearts of everyone in the cabin.

Pros and cons
+ You can queue up tasks with a numbered checkbox sequence.
+ You can earn Fast Service Bonuses and Expert scores (and plenty of combos, of course!).
+ The customers actually say thank you for a job well done... finally, some appreciation!
+ Getting Expert on many of the later levels takes planning and thought.
+ One or two air freshener sprays are available per level, to get the folks hi... I mean, happy.
+ Claire can eventually hold up to six items at once thanks to the introduction of a push cart.
+ Lots of useful upgrades, where you can personalize, too!
- The graphics are not mind-blowing (but there are cute little meters and effects).
The verdict
First Class Flurry is 35,000 feet of fun! If you find it hard to walk, talk and chew gum at the same time, however, you may not want to board this one.
